Decentralized Wastewater Workforce Needs Assessment Results
At the MHOA 2023 Conference, Jennifer Loughran and Alexie Rudman led a participatory session to identify needs and challenges in a decentralized water workforce. About 50-60 people representing a range of occupations within the water sector participated, therefore reflecting diverse experiences and perspectives.
